Fruit crumble topping

I love apple and rhubarb and apple and feijoa crumble. Its a comfort food from the depths of my childhood. I think the best accompianment for crumble is cream and a bit of tangy yogurt.

The topping is dead easy to make.

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
50 grams chilled butter grated.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and rub with your fingertips until it starts to come together.

Place the fruit in a suitable dish and press the topping over and bake 180 degC for about 40 minutes
