Nigellas Prawn Cakes

Ingredients

2 medium cloves of garlic peeled
2 stems green onions
250 grams peeled raw prawns
50 grams plain flour
50 mls sherry
big pinch on salt


Blitz in a food processor until conbimed. Leave to sit for 10 minutes.

Fry in oil 5cm deep in 1 teaspoon sized balls and serve immediately with lemon and lime wedges.
