Ingredients
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon fresh pesto
1 tablepoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Whisk together in a small bowl, adjusting seasoning. Store in a small tightly covered jar and shake before serving.
