Recipe - Beer Bread

Ingredients

1 bottle larger beer
3 cups self raising flour
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons melted butter

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius

Mix the flour, beer and sugar together. Tip into a greased loaf pan and bake for around 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and lower the temperature to about 140 degrees celcius.

Brush over the melted butter and return to the oven for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a cake rack.
